managed to actually get a decent timing for my swim trial for the Singapore Biathlon, given that for the past 4 weeks i've never got he chance to do any decent training. never got to participate int he NUS biathlon, but hope to gain lots from this experience, who knows? a regular in this biathlon circuit?? :P

updates? hmmm nothing much for the past few days, 'cept i'm back at sembawang wharves in this horribly unpredicatable weather... hope everybody drink lots of water man, the weather's torturing us all man.

and to the uni guys n gals tt got a well deserved 1 week break (or maybe not a break after all???) enjoy it while it lasts!!!
